Last Friday, our E4M team successfully held a teambuilding event, which was attended by teams from Slovenia and Croatia. The team building took place in Žminj, home to our Croatian company Actual I.T. The day started with an overview of the current status of the projects and plans for the future. It was inspiring to see how each member of our department contributes to the success of the company and how together we have set high goals for the future. After the presentation and the constructive meeting, we went to lunch where we had the opportunity to strengthen our ties and relax with a nice chat. We continued our journey to the beautiful village of Bale, where we walked through its beautiful streets and marveled at its rich cultural heritage. The highlight of our day was a visit to the Žminj Craft Beer Festival, which offered us a wonderful opportunity to enjoy tasting local craft beers. The teambuilding achieved two important goals - we strengthened the cohesion of our team and established synchronous working processes. A fun and unforgettable experience that filled us with energy and motivation for future challenges.
