Koper, January 13, 2026 – The ACTUAL I.T. group enters 2026 with a significant organizational transformation, further strengthening its strategic direction while increasing transparency and focus within its portfolio of solutions and services across domestic and international markets.

Carving out the product segment as a strategic step in the group’s development

As part of the transformation, on December 1, 2025, the group carved out its product segment – port solutions and digital logistics solutions, as well as solutions for petrol stations and digital business solutions – into a newly established specialized company, ACTUAL PRO.
ACTUAL PRO is led by Boštjan Petelin, who previously served as Director of Business Solutions at ACTUAL I.T.

By separating product-oriented solutions from system integration and services, the group has established a clearer division that enables a more agile team approach, faster product development, and better adaptation to the specific needs of individual markets and industries.

At the same time, as of January 1, 2026, the companies ITELIS, UNISTAR, ASTEC, and part of ACTUAL I.T. were organizationally and operationally merged into a single company and a unified corporate brand – ACTUAL I.T.

The integration into ACTUAL I.T. was not merely an organizational change, but a process of connecting different teams and ways of working. The group recognized that each company brings its own experience, expertise, and established practices, which are worth preserving and further developing within a shared strategic direction.

The transition to a single corporate brand is based on the gradual building of a shared identity, stronger team alignment, and a common development vision.
